The people of Lahaina, Maui, have been greatly affected by the recent devastation, but it is heartening to witness the outpouring of support and love they have received. Our dear friend, Shai, who owns 2 Scoops of Aloha, organized a donation drive on August 4th and 5th that received an overwhelming response. Numerous volunteers assisted in sorting and packaging the donations, while many others contributed to this worthy cause. This selfless display of volunteerism is a testament to the kind-hearted nature of the 9th Island of Las Vegas, which not only cares for the Hawaiian community but also those in need.
